Reprographics Upgrade of Service

We will be undertaking an upgrade of the Central reprographics system, along with new copier installations within the department.
Upgrade to Print Services

We will be undertaking an upgrade to Print Services systems. This maintenance work will mean access to print facilities will be severely disrupted. Once complete new Print and Scan features will be available, as well a performance improvements including faster print release.
Upgrade to Pro Systems

An upgrade is being undertaken on ProMonitor, and Pro Systems. These services will be unavailable for s short period while this is undertaken.
Upgrade to Connectivity and Filtering Systems

We will be undertaking & completing phase 2 of our connectivity and security upgrades at this time. Internet connectivity at the ST Michaels and MEC campus' will be disrupted while this work is completed. Once complete, internet performance at these sites will benefit from improved performance and reliability.
Omnissa Horizon Upgrade

We will be undertaking a significant upgrade of Omnissa Horizon. All classroom and office endpoints will be affected during the upgrade. In addition to the desktop environment laptops and tablets will also have new clients apps deployed. Following completion, as well as improved performance we will be introducing new features and apps that will be announced to departments in due course.
Network Maintenance

We will be undertaking localised network maintenance affecting the following two locations:
Cadbury Campus South Block
Central Campus - 1st Floor A Side
Workloads should be moved from these locations as network connectivity will be disrupted.
